BlueHub SUN is a nonprofit organization that offers mortgage lending to families facing foreclosure. SUN offers clients a second chance to regain their financial footing and save their homes by buying and reselling to their original owners. With a strong mission and operations in a variety of states BlueHub SUN looked to MN & Co to help get word out about their services.

MN & Co utilized responsive SEM ads across multiple state markets to target individuals and families in search of foreclosure assistance. With operations in 11 states and the need to advertise year-round the team focused on a select few markets per quarter to test top performers. This strategy allowed the team to focus their efforts in locations where need was highest.

results

In 2023, the campaign ran in six state markets and generated over 17.7k clicks. Within the year 2,893 people either called BlueHub SUN or started an application online to begin the process of saving their home.
