2023 Consideration/Visitation Campaign by MN&Co for the Massachusetts Office of Travel and Tourism

 

In 2023, the Massachusetts Office of Travel and Tourism’s  media plan was designed to attract visitors from New England and New York. Working with MN&Co, the campaign utilized various channels including Television, Radio, Streaming Audio, OTT/CTV, Transit, OOH, Paid Search, Programmatic Display, Native, Paid Social, and Sports Sponsorships to highlight the diverse attractions and experiences available in the Commonwealth. From urban billboards to digital platforms, the message reached a wide audience, resulting in a significant increase in website traffic by 17% YoY, along with notable growth in organic traffic and Instagram followers. In-person travel also saw a substantial 19% rise, demonstrating the tangible impact of the integrated media approach in driving visitation and engagement.
