Kaitlyn plays a pivotal role in the agency’s digital management team, overseeing day-to-day operations while contributing to long-term growth. She collaborates with internal account leads, teams, and clients to strategize, plan, and execute digital media campaigns that deliver measurable results. She is responsible for researching digital trends and ensuring campaigns perform effectively, staying on budget, and meeting objectives. Kaitlyn also leads the creation of comprehensive reports, presenting findings to clients and guiding them through optimizations and trends.
In addition to her media strategy expertise, Kaitlyn works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth campaign execution. She plays a key role in new business development, representing the agency in pitches, enhancing capabilities presentations, and helping source new business leads.
Outside of work, Kaitlyn is passionate about spending time with her loved ones (mainly her dog Hooch), playing golf with her husband and working on seemingly never ending home improvement projects. She’s also an unapologetic fan of all things Bravo, never missing an episode of her favorite reality TV shows.
